Delivery Information

POSTAGE & PACKING We charge a standard rate of just £4.99 per order, free if your order totals £50 or more. We only ship to U.K. mainland addresses at the moment. We are looking to extend this to Europe and Worldwide in the near future. It's worth mentioning that we may sometimes re-use old boxes for your parcel . We feel it is important for businesses to recycle where possible. DELIVERY If items are being delivered by courier, we will phone to arrange a convenient day for delivery. You must arrange for someone to be available to receive the delivery. Items will be delivered between 9am and 5pm on the agreed day. Please provide a landline telephone number for the delivery address in case the courier has any difficulties. Postage and packing is charged at £4.99 for all orders under £50 to any destination on the U.K. Mainland. Orders of a greater value qualify for free delivery. The person receiving the delivery must sign and write "UNCHECKED", unless they examine the contents fully in front of the delivery person. Please also ensure that the correct number of items has been received. The majority of the products on our website are always in stock. However, occasionally we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a quantity. You will always be informed of expected delivery dates before you are charged and we will do our best to make it as speedy as possible! We aim for same/next day despatch but please allow up to 28 days, particularly if an item is not in stock. SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS Next working day £11.00 For Saturday delivery please add £18.80 per consignment. Should you require delivery of an order for the next working day before noon the delivery charge is £16.50. Should you require delivery of an order for the next working day before 10.30am the delivery charge is £25.40. Should you require delivery of an order for the next working day before 9am the delivery charge is £34.40. Should you require delivery to Northern Ireland or Offshore or Channel Islands for the next working day the delivery charge is £48.50.
